Good Morning Green Smoothie: Makes 1 Serving

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cups Greens - Kale, Spinach, Mixed Greens or the greens of your choice!

  • 1 Cup Water 

  • Lemon

  • Celery

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1/2 apple or pear)

  • Optional: *add Vanilla Protein Powder or Nonfat Greek Yogurt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Add all ingredients and blend until desired smoothness
