Good Morning Green Smoothie: Makes 1 Serving
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Greens - Kale, Spinach, Mixed Greens or the greens of your choice!
1 Cup Water
Lemon
Celery
1/2 Banana
1/2 apple or pear)
Optional: *add Vanilla Protein Powder or Nonfat Greek Yogurt
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients and blend until desired smoothness
